When we saw a billboard advertising ice cream on the sidewalk and your stomach is empty, and that ads make you want to be eating those things? If the answer is yes, you may have been hypnotized. Why?

A study by UT Southwestern Medical Center, the United States found that fat from some foods such as burgers and ice cream can affect your brain.
Basically, people will stop eating when he had had enough. But if eating something delicious, it's hard to stop until the stomach is no longer able to contain it. This is because the fat molecules trigger the brain to send messages to the body's cells to ignore signals of appetite-suppressing hormone. The hormones are suppressed leptin and insulin.

The study was conducted to laboratory mice by giving them a variety of fat injections directly into the brain, three times a day. Specific results of the laboratory mice. The researchers also found a certain type of fat in beef, butter, cheese, and milk that can be 'hypnotized' your brain to not stop eating.

So,be careful with ice cream, cause it can 'hypnotized' your brain to not stop eating.
